help!

As you can probably tell, Im in the process of redesigning my blog. But I have no idea what Im doing! You can ask anyone, back in the days of xanga and myspace, I was a BEAST at graphic designing on the computer. I used to make all my layouts, as well as layouts for my friends. But once facebook took over, I lost all those skills because I had nowhere to put them to good use! Until now...&&now Im lost! I need help! So anyone out there that knows either a good tutorial site or a good site of cute layouts, let me know pleaseee! :]
